About the Author

Thank you for visiting! I hold BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and have spent my career in the IT industry, specializing in security. Now I fancy myself a writer of speculative fiction.

My son is in college and my daughter is nearly finished high school. The empty nest is in sight!

I am also servant to two cats, and an authoritarian bird.

Other fancies:

• I fancy myself a woodworker, but my woodworking is not fancy. I fell for the fallacy that owning more tools makes one a better woodworker.

• I fancy myself a chess player. A bad one. I play in tournaments with my son, which I enjoy immensely.
